Project Administrator - Calgary, Alberta Job

The Project Administrator provides support for Accenture's clients and engagement teams based at the project or the client site. The Project Administrator job varies based on the functional requirements of the engagement. This job has general administrative responsibilities, but may also require a focus on a particular area, such as finance, reporting or human resources administration. The Project Administrator may provide support to all people at the project, as determined by the engagement Lead. This role is fully chargeable to the client/project.

Responsibilities include:
- Act as central information source by maintaining and distributing project details e.g. contact details/organization charts and contractual details.

- Provide administrative assistance for project team (e.g., workspace issues, equipment, facilities issues, coordination of events, etc.).

- Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report generation, metrics collection.

- May schedule regular meetings with both Accenture management team and client personnel to discuss issues, updates and changes. These may involve setting up conference calls/video conferences.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and high quality presentations.

- May handle extensive travel and accommodation arrangements (including leases for housing and cars) and prepare itineraries for analysts, consultants and executives on the engagement.

- Work with CFM and Account Management teams to develop and maintain the account policy and procedures (e.g. orientation binder).

- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, analysis and tracking of: Client invoices and Variances; Team financial processes; Capital budgets and forecasting; All personnel and DNP project

charges/time reports; Manage the calendar activity for the Engagement team which may involve extensive diary management for the Unit Lead; May assist the Unit Lead Executive find resolution of critical

issues (e.g. establish credibility with clients and others); Set-up and maintain project management tool as required; Assist with project orientation information and roll on/off procedures for project staff;

Assist with evaluation tracking process of personnel at client site; Coordinate training activities for the project team; Coordinate with other support teams relating to business activity (e.g. setting up

requisitions and purchase orders; managing requisitions through Covendis; etc.); May provide secretarial and administrative support as required e.g. answer calls, take messages, sort mail.

- Minimum 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience or recent graduate of an accredited secretarial/business school 2-5 years strong administrative support skills

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint

- Proficient in English grammar, punctuation and spelling

- Ability to draft correspondence with minimal input

- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent customer service orientation

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage own workload and set priorities with little supervision
