:
Graduates/Post graduates with 3 to 4 years of experience with a minimum of relevant 1 years of Human Resource - any domain experience (Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Development, General Operations or Process Improvements) in an international call centre/Non BPO for supporting the leadership in supplier, client and internal metrics management.
