"Voice and Accent training managers are responsible for interacting with clients to understanding the type of voice and accent training required, ensuring that training modules are developed and imparted as per requirements and imparting process training to customer support associates.Graduates/ Post Graduates with 4 to 6 years of work experience with with extensive working knowledge in managing voice and accent training at an organization level may apply. Good communication skills along with experience in management of large teams and client interaction is a prerequisite. "
