The Human Resource Representative Manager for Accenture Utilities BPO is accountable for delivery of HR Representative Services to the Business Process Outsourcing unit as well as management of a team of HR Reps supporting this area. The Lead is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership, consultation and direction to Executive and Senior Management Teams in advancing the business and people of the organization in order to meet Utilities BPO strategic business objectives.

- Proactively interacting with senior management to find solutions to business issues, bring best Human Resource practices, provide continuous improvement and

enable managers to better manage their business.

- Building and managing strategic partnerships with the unions and other stakeholders across the organization, with respect to existing and new initiatives.

- Developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.

Relationships include local, North America and Global personnel.

- Providing ongoing education and guidance to both HR team and business stakeholders.

- Sharing knowledge across organizational boundaries.

- HR business partner for local business entity. Attend weekly leadership meetings with expectation of providing HR updates.

- Delivery of HR Representative services across multiple business units

- Performance management including: objective setting, contribution ratings, promotions, annual compensation planning, base/variable/equity reward decisions

- Compensation: managing compensation planning for local business entity

- People Management including: engagement and retention

- Labour/Employee Relations; partner with LR/ER Lead for issue escalation

- Employee transitions; partnering with internal employee transition team for mergers and acquisitions

- Resource and talent Planning: including forecasting of supply & demand

- People Initiatives/Programs including: working with the business/corporate HR to determine areas of support required

- 8 years HR Related work experience. 3-4 years leading a large team

- Deep knowledge of Human Resources legislation, core concepts and industry acumen

- Conflict Management with a strong track record in Labour Relations

- Exceptional team management and leadership skills

- Strong customer relationship management skills

- Strong program/project management skills

- Strong organization development and design skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately communicates with all levels of customers from assistants to senior executives

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations

- Experience with Call center Environment

- Education: Undergraduate Degree or related experience
