In order to continuously re-enforce its Management Consulting entities, Accenture is looking for professionals with experience in one of the following domains:

- Supply Chain Management (supply chain strategy, sourcing and procurement, fulfillment, supply chain planning, PLM, service management, maintenance)

- Finance & Performance Management (corporate finance, enterprise performance management, finance operation optimization, risk management)

- Customer Relationship Management(marketing transformation, service transformation, sales transformation)

- Strategy (corporate strategy, business & operating model design, pricing and profit optimization, Six Sigma, sustainability)

- Talent & Organization Performance (HR transformation, talent management, change management, organization effectiveness)

Your profile and skills:

We are looking for people with the following competencies:

- Show sharp analysis skills;

- Strong structured problem solving abilities and intellectual curiosity;

- Demonstrate deep business case skills, as well as market and business context analysis skills;

- Have a strong affinity for strategy realization and business architecture design;

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and build immediate credibility with executive clients based on personal know-how & experiences and excellent interpersonal skills;

- Communicate effectively with client executives in a clearly structured/synthetic way and manage their expectations to stick to deadlines;

- Develop a result-oriented and well-structured approach that leverages Accenture's Market & Customer strategy offerings, knowledge, methodology assets and expert network in an optimal way;

- Pro-actively identify/shape components of the future business architecture required to implement the strategy, thereby driving the business development process;

- Lead a project team and act as interface with the client project manager/sponsor;

- Assume overall responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of the strategy project.

The following qualifications are requested:

- A Master degree (any additional MBA is an asset);

- Five or more years of professional experience in consulting or a similar function within larger companies;

- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
