We are active within different domains, from Supply Chain Services (Warehousing and Purchasing) over Customer Care to Financial administrative back office operations.

Supply chain services support customers at their administration of logistical processes. Our services consist from thematic resolution of administrative delays, supporting logistical departments and optimizing administrative processes.

Junior Purchasing Administrators

Job Description
:

As Purchasing Administrator, you will fulfill all administrative activities within a procurement department such as creation of purchase orders, sending out price requests, follow-up of purchase files and performing checks on late deliveries. You will have to maintain good contacts with clients and suppliers.

You will be performing these activities for our clients in the region of Antwerp.

· Knowledge of or experience with procurement activities is considered as an asset

· Strong administrative and communicative skills

· Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook)

· Client and quality oriented

· Professional and reliable

· Fluent Dutch or French speaking and basic knowledge of a second language (French/Dutch or English)
