For several projects we are looking for:
- Purchasers region of Ruien
Supply chain services support customers at their administration of logistical processes. Our services consist from thematic getting rid of administrative delays, supporting logistical departments and optimising administrative processes.
General Description
You are purchaser of products and services which are necessary for the smooth functioning of the venture. Supplier analysis, - appraisal and - selection are some of your most important responsibilities. You also negotiate with suppliers concerning the conditions, taking to account the needs of the venture. Also maintaining and developing relations between the different elements of the supply chain are part of your task parcel.
Profile
Experience: 2 to 3 years of purchasing experience
Studies: Bachelor or Master, or equivalent with experience
Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and a practical knowledge of English
General:
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Access…)
· Good communication skills
· Client and result focused
· Capacity to work in Team
· Take easily initiatives & responsibilities
· Eager to learn
Tasks:
a. PREQ's (Purchasing Requisition)
- Process own purchasing files
- Support the purchasing files of the concerning purchasing cells
- Formulate alternative proposals that can lead to savings or technical improvements
- Amount PREQ's TL, OD without justification
- Follow up releases outside the scope of purchasing (SF, N1…)
- Adapt and complete text documents (specifications) in dialogue with the responsible of the technical services
- Keep on the delivery times
- …
b. RFQ's (Request for proposal)
- Search for new or alternative suppliers and use them for price proposals
- Evaluate the received prices and technical data and draw up a report
- Discuss files with the work responsible of Electrabel
- Follow up the Quotation Deadline
- Process the RFQ's via SAP
c. PO's (Purchase order)
- Order parameters: price, delivery time, quality…
- Follow up releases (N1…)
- Feedback information of the technical services and solve problems
- Follow up and solve delivery problems
- Follow up the number of problem cases and the consequences for us and our clients (time, financial)
d. Replenishment
- Follow up and process the replenishments
- Propose and apply alternative possibilities
- Group purchases
- Decrease the number of suppliers
- Obtain better price agreements and delivery terms
- Follow up and adapt info-records
- Formulate proposals for savings
- …
e. General
- Always apply the work procedures of the purchasing cells
- Formulate proposals for work improvements
- Drawing up of weekly reports for the achieved performance, problem cases…
- Drawing up of weekly reports (concise) of the work achievements in the involved purchasing cell (achieved performance, problem cases…)
- Drawing up of monthly report (present proposals)
- Drawing up of all kinds of reports
- Drawing up of tables concerning purchasing files
- Daily preparation of purchasing files
- Daily copying and ordering of all kinds of documents
- Inform on regular bases the buyers about the ongoing purchasing files (daily)
- Apply the sourcing contracts
- Project support (all kinds of)
- Maintain and organize witness files (daily)
- Classify witness files (daily)
- Archive documents and witness files
- Process information (fax, mailbox purchase and post) (daily)
