For several projects we are looking for:

- Purchasing administrative for the region of Rodenhuize

Supply chain services support customers at their administration of logistical processes. Our services consist from thematic getting rid of administrative delays, supporting logistical departments and optimising administrative processes.

Job Description


In this function you support the purchase department by fulfilling tasks such as the import and processing of data (for example in SAP), the follow-up of purchase files, supplies, provided services etc.

Moreover also the identification and processing of problem cases at the supplies and the invoicing process belong to your work field.

Finally you also are responsible for the drawing up of overshooting documents concerning budgets.

Tasks:

- Identify problem and follow-up of cases

- Responsible to follow-up automated replenishment of stock material within SAP

- Follow up and process problem (= blocked) invoices for materials under material contracts

- Process presentation sheets in SAP

- Compare hour tariffs and other received data of pre-Invoices with the order

- Check and ask approval for invoices without presentation sheet

- Solve and ask approval from the responsible purchasers for mismatches

- Draw up reports and ask for approval according to the regulations

- Follow-up delivery > contact with suppliers, control on supplies, ...

Qualifications:


·Bachelor Degree or equivalent with experience

·Client and result focused

·Good communication skills

·Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of French and/or English

·Capacity to work in Team

·Take easily initiatives & responsibilities

·Eager to learn

·Microsoft Office (Excel, Access…)

·SAP knowledge will be an asset
