Key responsibilities may include:
·
Responsibility for processing invoices in ERP (mostly in French, hence French language is required)
·
Follow up on overdue invoices
·
Updating the productivity trackers on daily basis
·
Working on the vendor queries and updating the vendors
·
Quality check for the high value invoices
·
Is accountable for the quality and delivery of their own work
·
Interfaces with other team members and client staff and ensures good working relationships
·
Prioritises tasks and workload
·Minimum bachelors degree, in accounting finance or related field are plus
·Previous accounting experience would be a plus
·English on intermediate level is essential
·Knowledge of French and English languages on 4 level is essential
·Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
·
Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily
·
Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures)
·
Ability to develop and maintain an effective relationship with client
·
Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
·
Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year-end closing
·
Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
