Accounts Payable Team Lead with French Job

·Champion process improvement measures on a day-to-day basis for all service delivery areas

·Lead and co-ordinate Process improvement project teams across all regions and facilitate group problem solving with the client when required

·Define and implement process standards and reusable approaches for all processes in scope

·Identify, assess and resolve complex delivery issues for all locations. This will require operating independently within the parameters of the engagement's annual objectives

·Maintain effective relationships with the client to agree acceptable delivery standards and any required remediation actions

·Stay abreast of information in the knowledge databases and evolving within the industry pertaining to delivery enhancement

·5 years of operational experience

·Experience with managing people

·Fluent English and French is essential

·Advanced Excel and Word skills are essential

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

·Ability to coach & motivate people

·Responsibility and accuracy

·Ability to make decisions

·Ability to problem solve and work under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve issues

·Required to share knowledge and experience with others and assist team leads

·Ability to deliver training as and when required

·1-2 years project management skills

·Provides "expert" support on procedures/work methods for all in scope areas

·Self starter with the ability to work on own with minimal supervision

·Capable of making decisions, some complex in nature, that will affect other areas of responsibility

·Interpretative judgment will be required when the end results will not always be specifically defined

·Ability to analyze multiple data and to draw conclusions based on the analysis

·Experience in dealing with clients

·Sufficient work experience/job knowledge to enable the analysis of principles and concepts
