Job Description


Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories: Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.

Main
Responsibilities:


·Monitoring and reminding of open role dates.

·Calendar Update for individuals & multiple data for projects and roles.

·Vacations - Training - LOA updates on mySch.

·Ensuring CVs are up-to-date.

·Ensuring correct leave bookings.

·Minimizing missing bookings.

·Project and Open demand update in mySch.

·Project and Open demand maintenance.

·Update in mySch.

·Remiders of roll of dates .

·New project upload in mySch.

·Request update Roll Off by Kind of Work.     

· Student or Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Engeneering or related fields

· Required previous experience in MS Office

· Knowledge in English

· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Must display professionalism and confidence

· Good customer service skills

· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

· Good business acumen and industry acumen
