Enterprise is an internal Accenture team which supports and administrates all the business activities. People with Enterprise work in a wide range of functional areas including finance, human resources, marketing and communications, finance, legal and facilities and services.
Within the Enterprise team, we have the America Service Center which provides finance and HR support from Argentina to the rest of the Accenture Global Offices. Accenture professionals working at delivery centers can collaborate with those at client sites to deliver reliable service.
The Content Analyst works on 'outfitting' of the practice with the knowledge capital necessary to sell and deliver successful solutions to our clients. The Analyst works directly with engagement executives to appoint and then coordinate Knowledge Champions for targeted engagements and to maintain engagement opportunity pipelines. An integral part of this job is working with and managing the appropriate databases for the content management team and analyzing content in order to route experts and deploy content effectively to the practice.
Main Job
· Design and develop internal communications following pre-set templates using internal tools (MSFront Page, HTML coding)
· Maintain SharePoint Sites Lists and Libraries
· Maintain Knowledge Exchange AIMS pages using MS Sharepoint tool and work with SMEs to achieve this objective.
· Deliver KM/KX training to Client Teams as needed and educate the practice on use and availability of relevant tools (e.g. Knowledge Exchange, Methodology Finder, myLearning.com, for training opportunities, etc.)
· Develop KX Topic pages and engagement-relevant content (project summaries, credentials) within entity and across global products and channels (e.g, Accenture Client Experience).
· Proactively verify content relevancy by working with Product and Channel Management on contribution, update and archival processes and with Content Team and Subject Matter Experts to refresh or archive content.
· Suggest and coordinate relevant linkage of recently approved contributions to other relevant navigational tools and home pages, both within and outside the entity.
· Provide input and development support to the design and content of new communications (including newsletter, postcards, etc) when required, working with Marketing, Content Team, and Subject Matter experts as required.
· Analyze and respond to user ad-hoc requests (i.e. proposals, client research) and feedback.
· Work/follow up with India team to complete assigned tasks.
· Student or graduated from Business Administration, Human Resources or Master Degree or equivalent
· Excellent English skills
· Microsoft Office Suite Tools (required)
· Content Management/ MSFront Page/ HTML Language/ MS Sharepoint (nice to have)
· Will be valued work experience in Training planning & delivery, Change Management, HR Reporting , Communications design & development
