CTS Sr. Analyst Job

Enterprise is an internal Accenture team which supports and administrates all the business activities. People with Enterprise work in a wide range of functional areas including finance, human resources, marketing and communications, finance, legal and facilities and services.

Corporate Transaction Services professionals shape deals for consulting and outsourcing engagements, and work on building new businesses such as joint ventures and operating companies, alliances and equity investment transactions.

A CTS Analyst provides analytical support for Outsourcing and Consulting arrangements. Prepare Costing Pricing Model (CPM) and/or Corporate Transaction Analysis (CTA) to support the pricing approach to the client value proposition. Prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagement in compliance with GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Being responsible for the financial buildup of all new opportunities including: Working with client budgets and forecasts to create a client baseline; identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity; identifying other cost saving opportunities within the deal; applying the agred upon pricing methodologies; ensuring GAAP revenue recognition is GAAP and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models

· Demonstrating impact of business on the economics of the Operating Groups with supervision, accurately assess prospective business

· Being responsible for documenting, acquiring and maintaining all documents supporting the costing and pricing on all new opportunities, including assumptions and version control documentation.

· Confirming and controlling modifications to the CPM and CTA through-out the Business Development Process
· University degree in Economics, business administration, accounting or finance.

· Expert level in English.
