Relocation Management Solutions Specialist Job

Enterprise is an internal Accenture team which supports and administrates all the business activities. People with Enterprise work in a wide range of functional areas including finance, human resources, marketing and communications, finance, legal and facilities and services.
Within the Enterprise team, we have the America Service Center which provides finance and HR support from Argentina to the rest of the Accenture Global Offices. Accenture professionals working at delivery centers can collaborate with those at client sites to deliver reliable service.
A Relocation Management Solutions (RMS) Specialist is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of RMS services in connection with assigned population of personnel inbound to and outbound from a given geography. The RMS Specialist is also responsible for service delivery to permanent and temporary transfers into and out of their assigned countries.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Main point of contact for general inquiries/requests from own allocation of customers regarding cross border matters in the location.
· Based on local knowledge of RMS responsibilities, develop country process manual for use in initial local training and for reference purposes in own area of technical specialism.
· Developing working relationships with external tax service provider in local countries.
· Tracking physical presence of each inbound assignee in line with country specific tax secondment guidelines.
· Preparing documentation for transfers and ensure costs are reimbursed in line with policy and via REF process.
· Tracking eligibility for tax compliance in transfer in country and provide information to external service provider.
· Reviewing relevant social security legislation for each inbound assignee home/host combination and length of assignment.
· Tracking length of coverage obtained and if coverage is exceeded, initiate payments of social tax in host location in line with local country legislation.
· Assisting inbound permanent employees and inbound assignees to prepare and lodge Accenture-sponsored visa applications.
· Interfacing with Accenture-sponsored visa applicants and permanent residency applicants and the Department of Immigration (either directly or through outsourced agencies).
· Alerting RMS Country leadership of any policy deviations in expense claims and taking initial follow up actions.
· Updating and maintain the Global RMS database to track the movement of cross border personnel in and out of the country on an ongoing basis.
· Interfacing with HR, Finance, Project Managers and individual assignees as necessary, in order to monitor inbound assignees roll on/roll off dates
· Interfacing with HR and host country RMS colleagues in order to monitor outbound assignees and repatriations.
· Reviewing ability to extend local health insurance plan for outbound assignees from home country.
· The candidate must have a technical degree in Finance, HR or Law.
· Expert level in English.
· Intermediate level in French, German and Dutch.
· 2-3 years experiencie with a multinational company in the field of service delivery preferred; experience in tax, immigration or expatriate administration is an advantage
