By joining our Systems Integration group, you can learn how to orchestrate global teams to create the measurable business value companies need to stay ahead of the competition. You are likely to have a pivotal role in the architecture and integration of a business solution.
That means taking responsibility for designing and developing the solution and structuring the program, including sourcing and coordinating work from other Accenture workforces, help managing risks associated with delivery from multiple locations, and contribute to ensuring that we deliver the business
results that have been agreed upon with the client.
Some clients specifically ask for packaged and industry-specific solutions by name, particularly Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Siebel. Other clients require custom solutions and development, where we deploy our extensive and advanced collection of resources, tools and technologies, combining them with our proven delivery methods to help produce innovative programs.
Many of our clients are large, diverse organizations that require complex systems and application integration and program management. As a specialist in this area, you would be helping these clients manage and enhance their operational performance by streamlining and connecting business processes, systems and information, so that they become more competitive, more responsive and achieve high performance.
Accenture is involved in some of the largest, most complex deployments of technology worldwide. All Technology Consulting professionals are expected to build a common set of capabilities: technology diagnosis and assessment, technology strategy and planning, technology design and technology implementation. Beyond these core competencies you will specialize in at least one area.

As a Technology Consultant working in Program Management you will help provide top quality management for our largest, most complex jobs. Alternatively, in Technology Research and Innovation, you may find yourself working with some of the world's leading edge researchers at the Accenture Technology Labs.
· A Master degree within e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration
· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment
· Excellent communication in both Danish and English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Excellent leadership and management skills
