Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization with activities that fall into three main categories: Talent Management (i.e. workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards); Employee Engagement (i.e. focusing on people satisfaction and employee & alumni relations); and Human Capital Efficiency (focusing on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls).
The Human Resources organization plans, sources, develops, evaluates and rewards Accenture's more than 158,000 people. There are nearly 3,300 people in the Human Resources organization, working throughout the company's 49 countries.
Role Overview:
The Global Compensation Assessment & Process Simplification Specialist provides global support evaluating current compensation processes/tools and readiness for the geographic technology implementation effort
Work with countries that are in queue for tool implementation, to first gather requirements on salary structure compensation administration, market data, employee data, metrics, etc, then assess the gaps between local process and global guidelines/ standards, closing some of the gaps and then coordinating with country compensation teams and the Solutioning team to close the remaining gaps
After the assessment phase, responsibility will focus on a Business Analyst type role between the tool vendors and the countries to implement the tool set, including configuration against guidelines, design and testing
Global Compensation Assessment & Process Simplification Team will consist of two Specialists and the key stakeholders are Country Compensation teams, Global compensation solution team - the technology implementation team at the global level including the CIO team, and Global Reward teams - Workforce Strategy team, Market Intelligence and SE Reward team
