Overall Responsibility:

Perform the functions of Time Adjustment, Suspense Clearance and Error Corrections for GSCO supported countries to ensure successful achievement of business and financial goals.

Role Expectations:

100% of Time Focused on On-Going Operations of the APSSC Time and Expenses Team

·Work within the APSSC T&E Global Processing team to improve performance and address issues

·Ensure appropriate financial management and advice occurs through the provision of Time Adjustment, Suspense Clearance and Error Corrections to internal customers by identifying, applying and communicating financial best practices

·Implementation of operational improvements as required

Scope of Processes:

·Ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the Time Adjustment, Suspense Clearance and Error Corrections function by using systems/procedures in compliance with Accenture standards, resolve any problems that may occur and escalate any issues that arise appropriately.

·Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and effective manner ensuring where an immediate support can be given，or the inquiry is escalated appropriately..

·Assist HR and country controllership, etc. to manage error clearance process and clear errors which are generated during ARTES uploading and SAP data transfer.

·Perform T&E data validation/maintenance, output reconciliation and ongoing investigation.

·Adhoc presentations and analysis as required.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

·Bachelor degree

·Preferably 1 years work experience in financial accounting or process

·Fluent English

·Advanced personal computer and Microsoft applications skills

·Strong customer focus and attention to detail analytical skills and problem solving skills

·Interpersonal communication skills
