Job Summary :

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs. This includes annual processes, performance/compensation processes as well as ad-hoc requests.

Key
Responsibilities:


They will be responsible for a range of processes as defined by the team structure in The APSCC they are aligned with. The APSCC service lines are as follows:

·Exit management

·HR Reporting

·Leave administration

·Performance management and review

·Recruitment (new hire administration)

·Redeployment (DTE transfer/SL affiliation)

·Employee data management

·Training operations

Transactions (HRSP and Other)

·Complete all administrative and transactional tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above

·Perform information maintenance and update for all service lines (e.g.: new hires, leave administration, personnel information changes and updates) in an accurate and timely manner

Systems / Standards

·Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards

·Customer Services

·Assist line management and employees by providing advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required

·Respond to employee phone enquiries in a timely and effective manner ensuring where an immediate response can be given, that the enquiry is escalated appropriately.

Teamwork

·Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods

·Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Specialist

Knowledge and
Skill Requirements:


·Fluency in English and Strong PC skills (MS Office, including Excel, Access and Word)

·Good communication and interpersonal skills

·Good organizational skills

·Flexibility and teaming skills

·Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·Demonstrated willingness to work in flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences

·Strong customer focus

·Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practice

·Demonstrated ability to set and meet objective
