Job Description
:

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

The Contract Service Delivery Specialist is a key focal point for client activity across Service Delivery Operations and supports the Contract Service Delivery Manager in managing the delivery of the contract scope.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Prepare and publish functional or technology performance data and tracking reports.

·Track and report compliance to agreed-upon service commitments.

·Identify actions related to service request performance issues, improvements and trends.

·May oversee or assist in managing production support and issue resolution through the broader IT team in a technology environment

·Assist in problem management. Track, report and communicate status during problem resolution.

·Facilitate and/or provide PMO support for on-going status calls or project specific calls.

·Maintain Issue & Risk log. Follow up on open action items to drive on-time closure.

·Capture minutes and actions from status calls and distribute to key stakeholders.

·Consolidate and compile regular status reports based on input from area leads.

·Track internal operational metrics and trends.

·Assist with budget and resource forecasting roll-up and reconciliation

·Work with CFM/finance team to track client financial reporting and report actuals against plan. Maintain financial dashboard and identify variances.

·Run ad hoc and recurring queries and financial reports.

·Ensure licenses, 3 rd party agreements and internal operating agreements and managed properly from an engagement perspective.

·Assist with and ensure adherence to the change management process. Maintain the change calendar schedule and follow-up to ensure changes are properly closed out.

·Monitor and follow-up with team members to ensure appropriate root-cause analysis and post mortems are performed as appropriate.
