Relocation Management Solutions Centralization Senior Analyst Job

A Relocation Management Solutions (RMS) Centralization Senior Analyst is responsible for performing and supervising the globally standard functions including Global recurring reporting and Compensation & Expense gathering in connection with the inbound to and outbound personnel from the countries within the supported region.
The job involves providing consistent and standardized services, based on global RMS protocols, to the local RMS country teams, RMS global management team and individual assignees, and formulation of ideas to share with RMS management to enhance business results.
The RMS Centralization Senior Analyst will either have:
·specific functional responsibility/ies within the team structure and/or
·specific allocation of countries within the overall scope of the team
Key responsibilities, to be updated as additional functions transition, may include :
·Strategic repatriation reports
·Monthly management reporting
·Global immigration report
·Global FAM report
·Global COC report
·Global T&E report
·RMS charge out report
·Month End Audit report
·Global Compensation and Expense gathering project
·TCE Billing Reconcile
Strategic Repatriation Reports:
·Track physical presence of inbound assignees in line with the host country specific tax/secondment guidelines.
·Create strategic repatriation reports according to parameters defined by each country lead and distribute these monthly.
Monthly Management Reports:
·Create monthly reports for individual RMS country team to reflect the following:
·AP management [unconfirmed dates, pending assignments, missing FAM, invalid charges, etc.]
·Insurance Management: review requirement to provide/extend supplemental health insurance for inbound assignees.
·Create quarterly Global Management reports of country combination mix and assignments by workforce by country.
·Prepare annual demographics presentation within guidelines provided.
·Prepare reports for the mailing out of the annual RMS Employee and Employer surveys.
·Review of reports from other departments (e.g. Travel and Intercompany Group) for frequent business trippers and longer term visitors in each country and cross-check to reports of current assignments recorded on RMS Connect.
Compensation Gathering
·Collection of home country compensation and SAP expense data globally
·Mapping of home country data to host country format where required.
·Frequency dependent upon local filing requirements.
TCE Billing Reconcile
·Reconcile the EY TCE Billing invoice backup detail excel spreadsheet to RMSC
·Verify the amount that have been charged by EY is the amount that we expected to be charged.
Relationships:
·Reports to: RMS Centralization Specialist
·Supervises: RMS Centralization Analyst
Education:
·University degree or equivalent higher education qualification preferred
Working Experience:
·2-3 years experience working in a large multi national corporate environment desirable
·Supervisory experience preferable
·Pervious experience in HR/Finance, an advantage
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
·Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Aptitude for working with numbers and attention to details
·Microsoft office suite; VBA skill is preferred
·Strong customer service skills
·Problem solving and analytical Skills
·Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage implementation projects within tight time constraints
