Solutions - UI Designer - Team Lead/Associate Manager Job

Responsibilities

·Engaged in developing and training on UI design standard, templates, guidelines/checklists and tools.

·Advocate and support the adoption of global standard architecture and tool set.

·Participating in enforcing agreed standards, guidelines, and principles

·Close cooperation with the project managers, team members, clients' representatives and other technical personnel and stakeholders

Qualifications

·3 year of experience in software UI prototype design

·2 year of experience in usability test, heuristic evaluation

·2 year of experience in user research - benchmark analysis, persona and customer interview

·At least 1 year experience in artwork design, proficient with 3D/2D graphic design tool

·Web app UI skills - html/css/javascript. Emerging web interface development technology, such as ajax, dojo, ext etc. is a strong plus

·Good understanding of user engineering process and tooling

·Working knowledge in agile, RUP or equivalent methodologies and project processes is an asset.

·At least 40 hours experience of delivering training on UI design related topics

·Excellent customer-facing and communication skill

·Good written and verbal Japanese or English
