As Service Delivery Outsourcing Lead (f/m) you will manage the solution delivery, which includes the responsibility for ensuring the execution of delivery work across one or more global Service Delivery Center. The position will be located in Frankfurt.

Main Tasks:

·You are an active member of the service delivery leadership team to drive optimization of the delivery of Application Outsourcing standard solutions within your area of expertise

·You lead the service delivery strategy and execution across all locations where the services are provided

·You cooperate with the account delivery management and commercial directors

·You manage and develop the outsourcing delivery team

·You manage and reduce costs of standard offerings

·You deliver efficiencies through standard processes, synergies and the implementation of service level agreements (SLA)

·You participate in the solution design process and support sales opportunities and validate expected delivery capability

·at least 6 years proven IT project management experience in the outsourcing area

·at least 3 years experience as project lead or as line manager

·deep knowledge about IT-processes, methods and solutions

·proven experience in result-driven management and people responsibility

·experience in budget responsibility

·solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a confident and convincing appearance

·deep analytic skills and very good organization and negotiation skills

·very good English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
