Accenture's Finance & Performance Management group works with clients to develop and deliver innovative solutions that can successfully transform an organization's finance and performance management capabilities. We have the breadth of experience, global resources, superior assets and deep knowledge and insights to help the CFO create new forms of value and to help our clients become high-performance businesses and governments.

Join the Accenture Finance & Performance Management team and you will play a central role in developing innovative business and technology solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and transform their finance function into a world class organization. As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engagement Management: Manage shared services engagements including risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client

- Business Development: Develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.

- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- People Development: Performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar degree required
MBA or Master's or CA or CMA is highly desirable
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial operations, accounting and financial planning and analysis experience in industry or with a consulting firm
Minimum of 2 years experience with at least three of the following SAP FI/CO applications: SEM, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Cost and Profit Center Accounting,
Ability to meet travel requirements, 80% to 100%
