Join the Accenture Finance & Performance Management team and you will play a central role in developing innovative business solutions that help CFO clients improve operational efficiency and transform their finance function into a world class organization. As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, Risk Management and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Engagement Management : Lead work efforts to redesign clients' planning, budgeting, and forecasting process to improve the efficiency and availability of quality planning information to support decision making throughout an organization. Responsible for diagnosing existing planning, budgeting, and forecasting models, re-engineering, and implementing leading practice budgeting and planning processes, supported by best of breed planning tools.

Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
·
Business Development : Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for EPM planning, budgeting, and forecasting opportunities.
·
Domain Development : Develop EPM assets and methodologies, develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
·
People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
· 80 to 100% weekly travel to client site
Basic
·
5 years current management consulting experience at National or Global Consulting Firm(required)
·
2 years as Senior Manager or equivalent level at National or Global Consulting Firm
·
2 year as Engagement Manager and Business Developer(cold call sales, documented) for financial planning/forecasting process re-engineering and Hyperion Planning tool implementation project
·
4 years experience with planning / forecasting process re-engineering and Hyperion Planning tool implementation project
·
Bachelor's degree
