In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve.

The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting , Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Job Description


Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization, treasury and risk management strategies and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth. Corporate Finance professionals support the clients' leadership team in developing corporate financial strategies and capabilities.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities

· Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience

· Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients

· Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs

· Planning and managing business architecture implementation activities

· Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans

· Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary

· Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes

· Bachelor / Master in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification.

· With minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the industry for Consultant and/or 5 years working experience for Manager level.

· Deep skills in Financial Analysis, Financial Transactions and Value Creation, Finance Strategy: Finance Function Strategy, Workforce Transformation, Organization and Governance, Compliance and Controls; Tax Operational Excellence: Enabling technologies for Tax; Treasury Operational Excellence; Corporate Risk Management

· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

Professional Skill Requirements

· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Desire to work in an information systems environment

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Excellent leadership and management skills
