Join the Accenture Finance & Performance Management team and you will play a central role in developing innovative business and technology solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and transform their finance function into a world class organization. As a Finance & Performance Management business consultant, you will support clients with capabilities in the areas of Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Enterprise Performance Management to help them achieve high performance.

Risk Management professionals focus on transforming risk management functions from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions

Responsibilities include:

Engagements :

· Participate in projects in ERM, risk management and risk systems integration.

· Participate in consulting assignments in all components of Accenture's ERM and/or risk management methodologies including risk diagnostics, identification, quantification, policies and procedures, monitoring, corporate governance and reporting, and risk technology systems.

· Interview management and collect and analyze data from internal and external sources for risk assessment and risk diagnostics.

· Participate in key risk driver analysis, risk profiling and aggregation, risk model development

· Participate in identifying and developing risk mitigates, KRI's, KPI' s and risk action plans

· Assist in Identifying, defining and documenting complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

· Participate in risk technology/systems design and implementation

Business Development:

· Assist in the pursuit and proposal process by conduction independent research, summarizing Accenture's ERM and risk management methodologies and writing key sections of the documents

Domain Development :

· Conduct research as directed to advance Accenture's development of new intellectual capital for risk and ERM and to support the company's marketing programs.

Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on business, finance, or economics.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of ERM and risk management.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or consulting risk function

· Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, reporting, risk analytics, and/or risk quantification

· Familiarity with ERM or risk modeling software

· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

· CMA/CA/MBA qualification useful

Professional Skills :

· Understanding of ERM and risk management and understanding of implementation challenges

· Proven ability to work in a team environment.

· Demonstrated quantitative and risk model building skills

· Proven ability to co

· Excellent writing, communication, and listening skills

· Understanding of risk modeling and/or ERM software, including:

- @Risk

- Crystal Ball

- Enterprise Risk assessor

- Active Risk Manager

· Solid financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills.

· Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. .
