Job Description

Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organisational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) professionals support clients in developing finance organisation, treasury and risk management strategies and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth. Corporate Finance professionals support the clients' leadership team in developing corporate financial strategies and capabilities.

Capabilities / Skills
· Finance operating model design
o Development of "to be" finance process model plus the "to be" finance organisational structure and enabling applications
o Development of finance transformation roadmap
· Shared services
o Design of a shared services organisation encompassing finance processes
o Determining what finance activities are retained / transferred to the shared services centre
o Estimating the FTEs required to operate the retained / transistioned processes
o Defining the high level enabling IT systems required to support the transitioned processes
o Defining / building capabilities required within a shared services centre e.g. service mgt
o Transitioning finance processes to a shared services centre
· Finance process outsourcing
o Transitioning finance processes to a third party outsourcer
o Documenting current processes / procedures
o Develop hiring plans / comms plans
o Work shadowing / training / parrallel runs
o Develop service level agreements
· Finance Operations
o Experince in general finance operations e.g. purchase to pay / order to cash / treasury / month end / etc

· MBA
· Chartered Accountant / CPA

Work Experience
· Consulting experience
o 10 -12 years experience
o 5 years experience in the F&PM space
o Consulting experience in the F&PM space
· Functional finance experience

Behaviour
