We are looking for very talented people to join our Corporate Transaction Services teams in Milan and Rome , to fill the position of:

Financial Analyst


Job Summary

In this challenging role, you will be one of our Corporate Transaction Services professionals, who shape deals for Consulting and Outsourcing engagements, and work on building new businesses such as joint ventures and operating companies, alliances and equity investment transactions.

In all our Finance workgroups we look for individuals with strong financial management, analytic and strategic skills. We need people who can challenge conventional wisdom, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our business.

Key Responsibilities

As member of our first-class program and project managers teams, you'll be responsible for:

providing analytical support for large, complex Outsourcing and Consulting arrangements;

preparing the Corporate Transaction Analysis to support the pricing approach to the client value proposition;

preparing income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards;

financing requests and business cases;

financial analysis of all new opportunities, including: analysing client budgets; analysing and summarising profitability of proposed operational environment; forming proposal development through execution; identifying and analysing costing; identifying other financial opportunities; generating creative solutions for the client engagement team; applying value-added pricing methodologies; ensuring revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant;

accurately assessing, with limited supervision, prospective business to demonstrate impact of new business on the economics of the related Accenture Groups;

escalating deals with poor financial metrics and working with teams for those deals to improve the quality of the financial attributes before moving forward;

preparing financial schedules and analysis in support of business plans or other written documents that can be used in raising finance from 3rd parties and approval from Accenture Capital Committee/Corporate Development Investment Committee;

acquiring and maintaining all documentation supporting the Corporate Transaction Analysis on new opportunities.

5 years Degree in Business Administration;

At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

Availability to meet extensive travel requirements, when applicable;

Previous experience within Outsourcing highly beneficial, along with a background within a global organisation.

Excellent customer service skills;

Strong organisational, multi-tasking and analytical skills;

Demonstrated supervisory, coaching and project management skills;

Excellent business development, contract design and management, and negotiation skills;

Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
