Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.
Key responsibilities may include:
·Responsible in handling change request from design, development, testing and documenting the change request
·Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by client team
·Perform operational tasks assigned according to SLA
·Liaise with client personnels who are the users for the receivers of the deliverables
·Resolve operational issues and processes
·Review and integrate all operational requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
·Ensure end to end issue resolution and closure
·Ensure operational deliverables throughout scope of work to ensure quality and traceability requirements
·Ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
·Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
·Enforce adherence to strict production scheduling and processes
·Performance are measured by KPI and SLA criteria
·University graduate, majoring in the area of Information Systems / Computer Science related field or equivalent experience with minimum CGPA 3 and above
·Must have knowledge in SQL query, Unix commands, Unix shell script, Oracle (PL/SQL), Java, Crystal Report (not mandatory).
·Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
·Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
·Excellent communication (written and oral) in English and interpersonal skills
·Must display professionalism and confidence
·Desire to work in an information systems environment
