Accenture's Consulting workforce is involved in business consulting, process design work and the application of technologies to business. The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.
Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
Customer Relationship Management professionals focus on marketing and customer strategy, marketing sciences, customer insight, customer interaction, and contact center transformation. They help our clients acquire, develop, and retain satisfied, loyal customers, achieve profitable growth, and create economic value in the client's brand.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities
· Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and doing high-level cost benefit analysis
· Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account user and technical requirements
· Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
· Reviewing and supervising design components
· Developing design and transition approaches
· Driving and supervising technology build, test and deployment activities
· Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development
· Experience in Customer Relationship Management Business Acumen
· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
· At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management area
· Degree in any discipline are welcome

· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment
· Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
