The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting , Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Job Description


Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Talent & Organizational Performance professionals help companies derive maximum value from their people though innovative business-oriented approaches to the human capital elements of the enterprise including workforce support and enablement and the management of change. Organization & Change Management professionals build the capability and create the assets to help senior executives create value by: aligning their organization strategy, change strategies and leadership capability with their business objectives, accelerating change and reducing risks, on the journey towards being a high performance organization and working at an enterprise-wide, strategic level to lead and manage journey and change efforts.

· Aligning organization strategy, change strategies and leadership capability with business objectives

· Accelerating change and reducing risks, on the journey towards being a high performance organization.

· Work at an enterprise-wide, strategic level to lead and manage journey and change efforts

Able to undertake the following:

· Identify and manage key stakeholders involved in change

· Define Change Management Strategy, including communications, training and involvement plan

· Coordinate internal and external communications

· Develop Training Plan and training delivery

· Manage dependencies with other teams such as process change team and IT teams

Requirements

· Experience in Human Performance offerings, including: Change Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment, Organization Strategy, Change Strategy, Risk Assessment and Management, Executive Strategic Alignment, Organization Culture and Behavior Assessment, Leadership Development and Effectiveness, Journey Management,

· Degree in any related discipline

· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Desire to work in an information systems environment

· Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

· Have at least 2 years of working experience in related field
