Client Financial Management ("CFM") Mission Statement

The Client Financial Management ("CFM") function fulfills a Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") role on a project basis.

Our mandate is to drive optimal decision making in pursuit of profit maximization within a commercial framework that encompasses:

·Financial impact of project commercial arrangements

·Compliance & Governance environment

·Regional and local understanding of competitive landscape

·Investor expectations for predictable results; and

·Accenture's business model

Job Description


Prepare and analyze financial management reporting with business stakeholders to track financial performance against committed targets.

Engage in the planning, forecasting, budgeting and monitoring cycle as a platform for driving financial results predictability and timely escalation of variances.

Operationalize the Governance & Compliance framework into all aspects of the financial management processes.

Provide decision-making support to drive revenue growth and profit maximization by thoroughly understanding the relationship between:

·Contractual commercial arrangements

·Underlying nature of services provided

·Internal management expectations

·Undergraduate degree in Accounting

·6 to 8 years of relevant work experience including financial accounting experience

Skills & Attributes

·Demonstrated knowledge of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals (including US GAAP and local statutory requirements)

·Preparing financial reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses

·Planning, forecasting and budgeting

·Strong analytical skills

·Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

·Good oral and written communication skills

·Ability to work with senior management

·Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

·Ability to delegate and manage work to meet deadlines

·Ability to work independently

·Attention to detail with high level of numeracy

·Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheet application (i.e. Microsoft Office Excel)
