Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
Objectives of the
Position
The role is responsible for providing quality HR processing support to the Business Groups by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned by the Team Lead/Function Lead accurately and in a timely manner, resolving queries and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
Successful applicants will specifically focus on ONE of the following functions:
·Salary calculation, payslip creation and distribution through email, provision of data for annual salary review/variable pay budgeting, payroll enquiries and problem resolution and payroll reporting.
·Providing Claims & Verification processing support to deliver all personal claims submitted by the employees of Business Groups in accordance to established claims policy,processes, and work procedures, for eg. create and maintain all claims related information, process and update Expenses Claims via ESS and manual claims document received in SAP system, and attend to CSC communication channels, eg.email and Helpdesk tickets.
·Personnel data updates, form processing, and the transactional aspects of the personnel date administration processes including employee contract administration, report generation, and effective document management service for HR related files.
·Time and Attendance administration activities, such as data entry and reconciliation, attending to and resolving time and attendance related enquiries and problems, as well as reporting.
·Providing quality 1st level HR support to the Business Groups by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned by the Team Lead/Function Lead, and resolving queries and issues, as well as to escalate operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
·Preferably graduate in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
·With around 1-2 years of relevant working experience.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
·Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countries of over 6,000 employees.
·Good customer service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.
·Experience working in large and diverse team.
·Functional skills and experience to work with Microsoft applications (Words,Excel, Powerpoint)
·Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
·Preferred language(s): Chinese.
