Job Description


OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

·The role is responsible for providing quality HR processing support to the Business Groups by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned by the Team Lead / Function Lead accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.

·Responsibilities also include performing activities such as salary calculation, pay slip creation and distribution through email, provision of data for annual salary review/variable pay budgeting, payroll enquiries and problem resolution and payroll reporting in an accurate and timely manner.

MAIN TASKS

·Maintain employee payroll records accurately and in a timely manner in SAP by complying with the Service Level Agreement, mutually agreed with the Business Groups.

·Attend to and process customer enquiries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.

·Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.

·Clear all outstanding service request tickets as assigned by the Team Lead / Function Lead by responding/ attending to the request immediately once it is assigned to individuals in the assignee group.

·Verify and resolve employee payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing individual employee information and confirm discrepancies with Business Group HR counterparts and alert the Team Lead / Function Lead.

·Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing support to the Team Lead / Function Lead in any continuous improvement initiatives.
