The Accenture Process & Innovation Performance (P&IP) Service Line takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations, process innovation, strategic cost reduction and growth through innovation. P&IP professionals are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs in both the private and public sector, and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Specific areas of expertise include Lean Six Sigma, Operations Strategy, Complexity Reduction and Mastery, Process Optimization and Fast Innovation and Growth.

Master Black Belts and Lean Masters are fully trained and certified in their respective methodologies and tools, and are the technical experts on Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement methodologies (LSS CPI). Depending on the candidate's experience, s/he may provide coaching to BB candidates during the course of their projects and/or to organizational leaders during the LSS CPI transformation; develop new curriculum offerings; and lead or supervise complex projects involving multiple consultants.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, a high degree of creativity, ability to develop intellectual capital and professional ethics. The candidate must be a team player and have strong lateral management and persuasive skills.

In this role, you can be expected to be involved in:

Lead instruction and coaching of client Master Black Belt and Black Belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma, LSS for Service (Transactional) Processes, and Kaizen Events. On occasion, delivering Executive training, Champion training and Green Belt training.
Provide coaching and mentoring to client BB candidates as they lead DFSS improvement projects and generate client results.
Consult on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally.
Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget.
Make intellectual contributions to the knowledge base.
Examine "go to market" business strategies and tactics working with senior management; successfully maintain high-level client relationships and meet/exceed client expectations.
Identify and develop value-added service opportunities.

Basic
Qualifications:


Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification and/or Lean Master
3 to 7 years work experience preferably with 2+ years of LSS consulting industry experience
Bachelors degree from a recognized university

Professional
Skill Requirements:


Design for Six Sigma, Lean for Six Sigma experience
Prior external consulting experience
Prior experience training Black Belts and/or Green Belts
Provide coaching and mentoring to client BB candidates as they lead DFSS improvement projects and generate client results.
Expertise in improvement techniques such as pull systems, Kaizen events, improvement project implementation, Business Process Reengineering, measure system development and computer specifications development
Teaching/training experience with DMAIC methodology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Performs well in a high-energy, team oriented environment
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
