In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve.

Job Description

:

Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization, treasury and risk management strategies and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Organizing and facilitating workshops to solicit business requirements

·Working with client subject matter experts to clarify requirements

·Documentation of functional requirements

·Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

·Conducting business case analysis for a systems implementation project

·Identifying future state process improvements to maximize the value of the system

·Preparation of the functional components of a design or implementation project plan

·Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%

Basic

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree

·Minimum of 3 years experience in Finance and accounting

·Experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm is preferred

·MBA, CPA or CFA designation is a definite plus

Professional

·Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

·Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
