Job Description

:

This position is for a Supply Chain Manager working with clients in the natural resources and utilities industries, and will report to the Supply Chain Partner, Greater China.

Roles and

Responsibilities:

·Regularly meeting clients to discuss industry-specific supply chain issues and trends

·Leading supply chain assessments within Chinese companies

·Determine overall status of an organization's service supply chain performance

·Determine recommendations for improvement, including business case development

·Developing client proposals to address client-specific issues

·Developing and implementation improvement plans

·Helping to build additional supply chain capability within our organization

Education Requirements:

·Masters degree, Supply Chain Related or MBA

Work Experience:

·3-5 years experience in a natural resources or utilities company in China

·2-3 years supply chain consulting or similar relevant experience in China as a manager

Supply Chain Focus - Must have experience in at least 3 of the following areas:

·Inventory/MRO management

·Warehouse and transportation management and logistics design

·Supply chain planning

·Assets Maintenance / Installed Base Management & Monitoring

·Field Technician Enablement / Scheduling / Dispatch

·IT asset management / supply chain solutions

Capabilities Required:

·China natural resources / utilities knowledge

·Supply chain process assessment and analysis

·Business process design and implementation

·Business case and value proposition development

·Process change implementation planning

·Organization change management

·Systems implementation (desirable but not essential)

Other:

·Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English
