Job Description


Accenture Marketing Sciences professionals have deep skills in marketing and media strategy and execution, as well as good command of analytical approaches to marketing.

Key
Responsibilities:


·
Support the project delivery of AMS consulting projects in the Greater China market. These projects will include AMS's media sciences ones as media investment optimization, media agency review and pitch management and media planning/buying consulting.

·
Responsibilities may also include supporting AMS projects outside of Greater China and within the Asia Pacific Region

·
When supporting projects, tasks and responsibilities will include:

· Conducting industry and client research

· Collection, aggregation and interpretation of large amounts of client, third party and marketing research software

· Collating and concise reporting of key information

· Interpreting analysis results in a business and marketing context

· Developing strategic recommendations to clients on media execution

· Communicating articulate presentations and recommendations to clients

·
The candidate will play an integral part in both the development of the AMS office in Shanghai and also the effective roll-out of the media optimization service offering in the Chinese market.

·
The role is aimed at someone who has the capability to grow and develop his/her skills within a rapidly-expanding team with differing levels of knowledge and expertise

·
Other responsibilities will include performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients, and monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved

· The role requires a talented individual with an element of entrepreneur and can-do mentality. It promises to be both challenging and rewarding as the AMS office in Shanghai rapidly develops its portfolio of services and capabilities within the Greater China market

· Professional background in either media agency or marketing industries (or both) within the Chinese market is a requirement

· Degree educated in business administration, statistics, economics and marketing, fluent in English and Chinese are minimum requirements

· The candidate will need to demonstrate proven academic and/or professional experience and business acumen in marketing and media management.

· The candidate will need to demonstrate good analytical skills, and the ability to distill large amounts of information and data into sensible business diagnosis and analysis.

· He/she will need to have a good proficiency and level of comfort with media planning and buying metrics, media research data and media execution details as well as any additional media planning and buying tools.

· He/she must possess a basic knowledge of marketing functions and business environment

· He/she must have a good social persuasive manner and confidence, in putting forward ideas both internally to team and externally to senior clients

· Software and industrial research knowledge such as Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ACN: Adquest/Mediasuite, CSM: Infosys, CMMS is a great benefit
