Consultants must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact. In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change. Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve.

The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting , Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

Job Description


Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization, treasury and risk management strategies and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

Key responsibilities may include:

· Shaping and leading programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs/projects

· Identifying and prioritizing account level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of client high level visions, performance gaps, and needs

· Translating and conveying client business needs into tangible business solution architecture

· Shaping and leading effort to define organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies and performance measurements/KPIs

· Shaping and leading business architecture transformational programs

· Monitoring and managing target value and performance goals (e.g., strategic, financial and operations), ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and adjusting program if necessary

· Assessing and managing risk throughout all aspects of the business solution implementation

· Leveraging the full range of appropriate client and Accenture resources in designing the change plan

· Leading effective multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver the business outcomes of the journey

· Monitoring journey results/business outcomes and making adjustments as needed

· 8-10 years' experience in auditing and/or finance operations in Multinational Corporations (MNCs)
· University graduate in Business, Finance and/or Accounting with excellent academic record
· Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English and Mandarin
· Good understanding of financial and management accounting processes
· Consulting experience with sound business acumen preferred
· Preferred exposure to/experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Transactions and Value Creation

· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
