Supply Chain Management professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Within our Supply Chain practice, Sourcing & Procurement professionals design and implement strategies that transform buying and selling with differentiating sourcing and procurement strategies, processes, technologies and organizations.

Key responsibilities may include :

· Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected to support supply chain procurement assessments and strategic sourcing programs

· Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps

· Supervising business architecture and process design activities

· Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs

· Assisting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients

· Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

Required Skills:

· 7 years Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and/or Procurement experience

· 5 years Management experience and/or Consulting experience

· Strong SCM skills in: Procure to Pay; Supplier Relationship / Contract Management; Procurement Diagnostics and Transformation

· Working exposure in: Business Model Development; Business Performance Management (KPIs)

· Preferred knowledge with Source to pay tools, e.g., SAP SRM, Oracle, Ariba

· Resources Industry experience (Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemicals, Utilities)

· Direct spend commodities: raw materials, MRO, equipment, repair services, capital equipment

· Strong experience working in a team-oriented environment

· Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Desire to work in an information systems environment

· Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

· Preferred experience in leadership and management skills

· Ability to travel
