Operations professionals do the research and analysis that lead to major decisions, such as setting earning goals for the organisation, or to major projects that support our client leadership.
The Operations Lead serves as the key contact for operations and non-operations people for an assigned organisational entity, process or application.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Providing business development and/or quality management-related process expertise in the form of advice, tool support, and training to client teams, entity leadership, and/or internal operations teams
· Providing technical and policy interpretation expertise based on thorough knowledge and understanding of business operations applications and policies
· Providing and directing input into management reporting, including the reporting of status and action plans to leadership team against stated objectives, goals and benefits
· Providing input in the identification and implementation of corrective/preventative action steps and target goals
· Managing the implementation of (executing plan for) process and/or tool changes across one or more organisational entities
· Identifying, gathering input on, and helping manage the design and development of business requirements, process documentation, communications, training and reports required to support new or revised/improved processes and organisational changes.
· Coordinating design input/reviews, user tests and communication plans for minor operations application releases for the appropriate units
· Providing assistance to entity leadership team with continuous improvement projects related to assigned processes and tools
· Maintaining, interpreting, reconciling and ensuring accuracy of the operations applications data and assigned standard company-wide reports
· Preparing, analysing, and interpreting management reports for entity leadership, verifying data integrity and detailing policy adherence and process discipline for key operational processes
· Reviewing, processing or directing appropriately all operational security access requests in line with data security policies
· Developing and communicating key messages to users to ensure compliance based on entity leadership direction and approval.
· Ensuring implementation and awareness of preferred practices, effective and timely communications, training, and knowledge sharing
· Supporting operations/quality meetings for assigned organisational entity or process: providing guidance and assistance to select appropriate attendees and help attendees ensure required documentation is prepared and available in advance of meetings
· Representing organisation point of view in meetings, communications, on management/quality task forces or other initiatives
· 4 years relevant experience
· Knowledge of quality management, continuous improvement, and quality deployment
· Thorough knowledge of Accenture operations model
· System design background (requirements, testing, execution approach)
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
