The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.
Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Accenture's Process and Innovation Performance (P&IP) team provides a different approach to process and innovation, helping clients tackle these challenges and consistently outperform their competitors. P&IP's end-to-end, process-based approaches and methodologies address key business priorities - such as cost competitiveness, differentiation, and growth - by improving key processes, and ultimately, by helping clients achieve high performance.
Operating Model Strategy professionals design and architect operating models (especially cross-border models) aligning organizational structures, business processes, capabilities, and governance so as to realize current and future business objectives with respect to market dynamics and competitive forces.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities
· Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience
· Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
· Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
· Planning and managing business architecture implementation activities
· Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans
· Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
· Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes
· Skilled (5 years) in Strategic Planning, Operating Model Strategy, Operations and Growth Strategy
· MBA or technical Master's degree
· Strong combination of conceptual and analytical capability
· Experience with business management strategy tools such as Six Sigma
· Comfortable leading and facilitating client teams and developing deep relationships
· Experience with advanced modeling software
· Ability to travel when required

· Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
