Enterprise is an internal Accenture team which supports and administrates all the business activities. People with Enterprise work in a wide range of functional areas including finance, human resources, marketing and communications, finance, legal and facilities and services.
Within the Enterprise team, we have the America Service Center which provides finance and HR support from Argentina to the rest of the Accenture Global Offices. Accenture professionals working at delivery centers can collaborate with those at client sites to deliver reliable service.
As Operation Support Sr Specialist , you will serve as the key contact for guidance, support, and expertise on operations tools, helping teams to execute their roles & business processes more efficiently. Is directly responsible for managing the end user support for an assigned set tools (SAP OM, BR, SORT) across an Operating Group. Based on acknowledged expertise, provides and coordinates input to the improvement, implementation and maintenance of operational processes and tools. The Operations Sales Process Senior Specialist provides guidance and support to, and helps coordinate the activities of, the Operations Sales Tool Senior Analyst.
Main responsabilities:
· Provide tool & process support for SAP/Opportunity Management (OM), SAP BR, and SORT
· Develop/deliver training and communications to client teams, entity leadership and/or internal operations teams.
· Analyze, maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes.
· Manage meeting preparation and follow-up, advising executives on required content and presentation.
· Volunteer process & tool knowledge and expertise during meetings.
· Prepare, analyze and interpret management reporting.
· Design and implement new/modified processes which may interface with other entities/functions.
· Identify process issues and analyze trends to implement improvements/solutions. May involve multiple entities/functions.
· Process security requests in line with responsibility and in accordance with data security policies.
· Address customer requests. Escalate as appropriate.
· Help manage roll-out process and/or tool changes across one or more organizational entities.
· Use thorough knowledge and understanding of business operations policies to interpret and apply them to real life business situations and provide advice.
· Represent organizational entity point of view in meetings and communications.
· Supervise or co-ordinate the activities of other Operations Sales Process Specialist, Senior Analyst or Analysts.
· Identify and promote successful best practices; facilitate knowledge sharing.
· Bachelor degree Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, Preferred minimum of a 4 year degree.
· Expert level in English.
· Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
· Knowledge of SAP OM required
· Nice to have: knowledge of Accenture Sales Operation Model

· Facilitation and excellent oral and written communications skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills; detects, analyzes and solves work problems
· Deep functional knowledge as end user of related operations tools and systems.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
· Understanding of Service Level Agreement concepts
· Understanding of the organization's business processes and policies
· Management and team building skills
· Business process management skills
· Requested, not required: System design background (requirements, testing, execution approach)
