We are seeking a Manager to join our growing Talent & Organisational Performance practice in our Change Management business offering group. To be successful at Accenture you will offer the below:

·Change management in an SAP context

·Demonstrated experience within the Energy/ Mining industry

·Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

·Well developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

·Experience within a top tier consulting firm

·Knowledge of Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning and Management, Job/Role Design, Organisation Design and Change Tracking

·Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications; and

·The ability to start within 4 weeks
