Customer Service Clerk with Dutch Job

Job Specification

A Customer Service Clerk is in indirect contact to the customers of the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of fulfilling transactional activities and optimizing information resolution (payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel administration, etc.).

Responsibilities:


· Incorporate a broad range of HR knowledge (internal and external processes and policies)

· Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems (Remedy, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)

· Process outbound emails

· Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Core HR Administration Team

· Provide feedback for process improvements

· Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisor

· Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior

· If requested by supervisor: support other team members in their daily activities

· If requested by supervisor and interested: act as single point of contact for specific process/service

· If requested by supervisor and interested: provides operational statistics as requested

Good communication skills (internal & external)

Ability to function in a team

Ability to learn and use efficiently different computer systems

Completed at least High school education (advanced degree preferred)

·
Fluent knowledge of Dutch language

·
Good knowledge of English language

Customer-oriented

Ability to analyze and solve complex issues

Self-Motivated, positive attitude and good working spirit

Proactive, taking initiative and actively think about improvements

·
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
