Data Analyst with English/Rebates Analyst Job

Job Specification

This position is suitable for people who are interested in working in data analyses/supply chain area and who wish to do a challenging job with various tasks (i.e. direct reporting, process improvements, negotiations with clients).

Responsibilities

·Act as analyst in Rebates team (accountable for dealing with specific benefits for the target group of customers)

·Understand and develop 4 major processes (Query management, Rebate calculation management, Contract management, Rebate reporting management)

·Ensure smart cooperation with Vendor Account Manager and with clients Sales Representatives

·Helping with preaparing reports and providing commentary for it

·Work closely with the client´s management on required programme changes and their introduction to the team

Requirements

·University graduate (business orientation preferred)

·Very good command of English (both written and spoken)

·Proficiency in MS Office, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint

·Strong analytical and accurate skills with process and initiative approach

·Action and result oriented

·Team player, punctual, stress resistant

·Ability to work in changing environment

·Flexibility
