HR Contact Centre with Dutch Job

Job Specification

Contact Centre is in direct contact with customers related to the client and aims to provide superior service in terms of providing a broad range of HR related information (payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel administration, etc.).

Responsibilities:


· Acting as a contact point for customers/Incorporating a broad range of HR knowledge (internal and external processes and policies)

· Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems (Remedy, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)

· Answering Inbound phone calls

· Processing inbound emails

· Contributing to knowledge sharing within the Contact Centre by having responsibility for a specific HR topic

· Acting as single point of contact for specific process/service if requested

· Provides operational statistics as requested

· Supporting other team members in their daily activities

· Provides feedback for process improvements

· Identifies and escalates complex issues to supervisor

· Supports and sustains positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behaviour

Requirements

· Good communication skills (internal & external)

· Completed at least High school education (advanced degree preffered)

· Fluent knowledge of Dutch language

· Good knowledge of English language

· Customer oriented

· Proactive, initiative taking

· Ability to learn and use efficiently different computer systems

· Problem solving and analysis skills

· Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach

· Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks when required
