Process and Innovation Performance Consultants Job

Many deals draw on the whole range of our skills and services, and our Consulting professionals are expected to lead and manage the many different skills and people in our various workforces. We need people who are able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our clients.
In the Process & Innovation Performance Service line, we continuously explore new sources of shareholder value for our clients. You may be asked to investigate new operating models or examine opportunities to improve existing business processes. Or you may look for ways of delivering products and services more effectively and efficiently . Regardless, your work will have a strategic impact to our clients' bottom line.
Key responsibilities may include:
Data Collection:
·Develop issue based data collection plan and guide, including first hand interview and second hand research
·Supervise the data collection
Data analysis:
·Analyzing balance sheet/income statement and other financial data to identify company's strengths and weaknesses
·Structuring and creating an operational effectiveness/efficiency assessment
·Conducting various analyses to identify process and structural issues
·Generate insights based on collected data or on models build up
Formulating strategic solutions:
·Assisting business model and case development
·Initiative making recommendations to change the project plan as appropriate
·Describing and assessing advantages/disadvantages of strategic/architecture options, including implementation
Develop Communication materials:
·Pyramid structure thinking to develop communication materials to C-Level executives
Basic
·Knowledge of Operational Strategy offerings as well as deep skills in C-level communications, and 1 of following areas:
·Corporate Strategy and Org Strategy
·Growth & Innovation Strategy
·Profit Optimization
·Operational Improvements
·Minimum of 3 years related work experience in consulting firm or major multi-national corporation
·MBA degree is preferred
·Ability to travel up to 100% is required
Professional
·Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·Good Presentation skill and analytical skills.
·Sharp and eager to learn
·Fluent spoken and written English skills
