SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
Technical Skills Requirement
Experience working within SAP IS-U CCS (Industry Solution for Utilities - Customer Care & Service) back office business processes and revenue cycle operations. Ideal candidate should possess functional knowledge / experience including, but not limited to the following:
FI-CA configuration experience - i.e. settlement rules, payment terms, etc.
Finance Master Data configuration experience - i.e. general ledger, tax jurisdiction codes, etc.
Payments - i.e. concepts related to: write-offs, deferrals, late payment charges, clearing control, payment / return lots, etc.
Dunning - i.e. concepts related to: dunning procedure, dunning history, dunning levels, days in arrears, creditworthiness, etc.
Back office exception handling - i.e. clarification worklist
Fluent in French is preferred
Professional Skill Requirements
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
