Job Description

A Reporting Analytics Shared Team, Finance Manager is responsible for the oversight and review of the creation and the timely, accurate delivery of applicable reporting packages. The Finance Manager must have broad knowledge of functional areas to ensure reports are value added to customers, will anticipate issues and develop solutions by using best practices, and will successfully manage resources to ensure objectives and deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities may include:• Planning and managing the design of various reporting packages• Ensuring that quality and performance standards are met• Working with Senior Executives and successfully executing established responsibilities• Developing detailed work estimates/timelines for multiple projects• Maintaining thorough knowledge of deliverables/workload of direct reports• Building and maintaining relationships with other Accenture teams to ensure Reporting needs are met• Understanding the impacts of decisions both inside and outside of area of responsibility• Managing towards constant process improvements and improved productivity and measuring these improvements against established goals• Successfully managing a shared services environment by anticipating customer needs, meeting deadlines, motivating team members and encouraging flexibility
• 5+ years financial management experience• Degree or advanced degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles); Financial Analysis; KPI (Key Performance Indicator); SLA (Service Level Agreement)• Skilled in Microsoft Office programmes
